Where are you located?
We are located between Arapahoe and Dry Creek Road just off of Interstate 25, on South Yosemite Street.

What size do you have available?
We have units as small 25 square feet up to the largest units at 535 square feet.

What size unit do I need?

What are your hours?
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5 pm, closed Sunday and Holidays, however, you have 24 hour access to your unit.

Do you sell boxes and other packing supplies?
We have what you need! We sell various size boxes, locks and packing tape.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, personal checks, corporate checks, and all major credit cards. Ask about various payment options.

Can you accept deliveries on my behalf?
We will accept deliveries such as packages and mail for you. With larger packages other arrangements will need to be made.

Do you have a truck I can rent?
Yes we do! It's practically free when you move in - call 1-888-848-9711 for more info.

What do I need to rent the truck?
The driver will need a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance.

How do I lock up my unit?
You lock up your unit using your own lock. You can purchase locks at our office.

What documents do I need when renting a unit?
You need to bring in one valid photo identification.

Do I have to sign a contract?
You have two options: a month-to-month agreement or a one year agreement. All we ask is that you give us a least ten day notice when you are going to move out. Ask us about the benefits of signing a one-year contract.
