The customers will access the property from the East using I-25 (major North-South Hwy) and Arapahoe Rd or Dry Creek (both streets have exits). The property is just west of I-25 between Arapahoe Rd and Dry Creek on Yosemite.

The customers will access the property from the West using Arapahoe Rd and Dry Creek (both are major east-west thoroughfares). The property is located on Yosemite with Arapahoe Rd to the north and Dry Creek to the south.

• Head west on E Dry Creek Rd toward S Alton Ct/S Chester St
• Turn right onto S Yosemite St
• Turn right at our sign
• DTC Self Storage will be on the left

• Head south on S Quince St toward E Fremont AveTurn left onto E Dry Creek Rd
• Turn left onto S Yosemite St
• Turn right at our sign
• DTC Self Storage will be on the left

• Head east on E Broncos Pkwy
• Continue onto S Peoria St
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto E Easter ave
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Havana St
• Continue onto E Dry Creek Rd
• Turn right onto S Yosemite St
• Turn right at our sign

• Head north on S Steele St toward E Price Ave
• Turn right onto E Belleview Ave
• Turn right onto the Interstate 25 S/CO-88 E ramp
• Merge onto CO-88 E/I-25 S
• Use the right lane to take exit 197 for Arapahoe Rd/CO-88
• Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto E Arapahoe Rd
• Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto S Yosemite St
• Turn left at our sign
• DTC Self Storage will be on the left.
